About MBM & ASSOCIATES


MBM & Associates is an experienced appraisal company that provides great customer service, reliable, unbiased, and high-quality appraisal work along the Wasatch Front. It was established in 2005 by certified residential real estate appraiser Mark May. Mark is a Utah native, having graduated from the University of Utah. He completed his appraisal education in 1998 and continues to complete ongoing courses in real estate appraising, economics, market trends, and market adjustments. Mark has over 20 years of residential real estate appraisal experience and has previously worked for appraisal firms (Cook Group & Clifford Company) prior to establishing MBM & Associates in 2005.
